摘　　要：为了解决矿用电动轮自卸卡车机械式接触器故障率高的问题,基于矿用电动轮自卸卡车动态制动的工作原理,分析了IGBT无触点式接触器替代机械式接触器的方法。结果表明:无触点式接触器模块有效应用,提高了设备维修及配件更换质量,有效降低生产运营成本,降低了维修人员劳动强度。In order to solve the problem of high failure rate of mechanical contactor in mining electric wheel dump trucks,the article studies the working principle of dynamic braking of mining electric wheel dump trucks,and analyzes the method of replacing mechanical contactor with IGBT contactless contactors.The results show that the contactless contactor module was effectively applied,which improve the quality of equipment maintenance and parts replacement,effectively reduce production and operation costs,and reduce the labor intensity of maintenance personnel.
