摘　　要：体细胞核移植(somatic cell nuclear transfer,SCNT)是一种能使已分化的体细胞获得全能性(totipotency)的技术,在发育生物学、生物医学研究和农业应用方面具有重要价值。该技术主要包括卵细胞去核和核供体细胞植入两个环节。文章综述了SCNT技术的原理、流程、应用等,以期为SCNT技术的研究与应用提供参考依据。Somatic cell nuclear transfer(SCNT)is a technique that enables differentiated somatic cells to acquire totipotency,which is of great value in developmental biology,biomedical research and agricultural applications.The technique consists of taking a denucleated oocyte(egg cell)and implanting a donor nucleus from a somatic(body)cell.In this paper,the principles,technical protocol,applications and scientific research value of somatic cell nuclear transfer were reviewed,aiming to provide reference and basis for the research of somatic cell nuclear transplantation.
