摘　　要：心血管疾病作为全球发病率和死亡率均较高的疾病之一,严重危害了公众的健康,所以找到早期诊断、治疗的靶点尤为重要。Salusins是具有多种生物学活性的血管活性肽,已经有研究证明了Salusins与心血管疾病的关系密切。Salusins具有两种亚型,分别是Salusin-α、Salusin-β。Salusin-α的作用主要是降低血压,减慢心率,减少炎症及氧化应激,抑制动脉粥样硬化;Salusin-β主要是促进血管平滑肌细胞增殖,促进动脉粥样硬化。该文综述了有关于Salusins的一些最新研究进展。Cardiovascular disease is one of the diseases with high global incidence and mortality rates,posing a serious threat to public health.Therefore,identifying early diagnostic and treatment targets is particularly important.Salusins are vasoactive peptides with various biological activities,and research has shown a close relationship between Salusins and cardiovascular disease.Salusins have two subtypes,Salusin-αand Salusin-β.The main function of Salusin-αis to lower blood pressure,slow heart rate,reduce inflammation and oxidative stress,and inhibit atherosclerosis,while Salusin-βprimarily promote proliferation of vascular smooth muscle cells and contribute to atherosclerosis.This article reviews some of the latest research progress on Salusins.
