余氏发痧驱瘀法配合运动导引治疗骶髂关节紊乱症的疗效观察  

Observation on the Therapeutic Effect of YU's Acturc Discascs and Stasis-Dispelling Therapy Combined with Exercise Guidance for Treating Sacroiliac Joint Disorders

摘　　要：目的:观察余氏发痧驱瘀法配合运动导引治疗骶髂关节紊乱症的疗效。方法:将76例符合纳入诊断标准的骶髂关节紊乱症患者按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组38例。2组均给予常规治疗护理,观察组在对照组的基础上进行余氏发痧驱瘀法配合运动导引,于治疗前、治疗4周分别对2组患者进行视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、Oswestry功能障碍指数问卷表(ODI)评分、中医临床疗效等评估。结果:治疗后,2组患者VAS评分、ODI评分均较治疗前明显下降,且观察组明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治愈21例,好转15例,未愈2例,总有效率为94.74%。对照组治愈11例,好转20例,未愈7例,总有效率为81.58%。2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:余氏发痧驱瘀法配合运动导引可以较好地缓解骶髂关节紊乱症患者腰部疼痛症状,促进炎症吸收、增强相关肌群肌力,改善腰部功能障碍程度,三者合一,疗效显著,安全简便,值得临床推广使用。Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Yu's Acturc Discascs and Stasis-Dispelling Therapy combined with exercise guidance in the treatment of sacroiliac joint disorder.Methods:Seventy-six patientswith sacroiliac joint disorder who met the diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group using a random number table,with 38 cases in each group.Both groups received routine treatment and nursing care,based on which the observation group received Yu's Acturc Discascs and Stasis-Dispelling Therapy combined with exercise guidance.At the initial diagnosis and four weeks of treatment,VAS scores,ODI scores,and clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine were evaluated for both groups.Results:After treatment,both groups of patients showed a significant decrease in VAS scores and ODI scores compared to before treatment,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).In the observation group,21 cases were cured,15 cases were improved,and 2 cases did not recover,with a total effective rate of 94.74%.In the control group,11 cases were cured,20 cases were improved,and 7 cases did not recover,with a total effective rate of 81.58%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yu's Acturc Discascs and Stasis-Dispelling Therapy combined with exercise guidance can effectively alleviate the symptoms of lower back pain in patients with sacroiliac joint disorders,promote inflammation absorption,enhance muscle strength of related muscle groups,and improve the degree of lower back function.The combination of the three methods has significant therapeutic effects,safe,simple,and worthy of clinical promotion and application.
