摘  要:近红外光谱技术是利用近红外光谱吸收峰的位置、强度与待测物质成分、含量对应关系进行定性或定量分析的技术,具有检测时间短、操作简单、检测精度高、无损分析的特点。本实验室利用近红外法测定轻质油品性质,提高了工作效率。针对石化企业重质油品(如原料油、蜡油、油浆、渣油等)分析检测耗时长,且我室的设备故障率较高,在面对装置生产方案调整、工艺试验、问题排查以及防腐检测时,难以迅速满足装置增加的临时检验需求等问题,研究实现以近红外检测取代传统的分析方法检查重质油品的性质,从而快速响应装置生产变化。Near infrared spectroscopy(NIR)is a technology that uses the position and intensity of the absorption peak of the NIR spectrum to conduct qualitative or quantitative analysis of the corresponding relationship with the composition and content of the substance to be measured.It has the characteristics of short detection time,simple operation,high detection accuracy and non-destructive analysis.The laboratory uses near infrared method to determine the properties of light oil products,which improves the work efficiency.Considering that the analysis and testing of heavy oil products(such as raw oil,wax oil,oil slurry,residual oil,etc.)in petrochemical enterprises takes a long time,and the equipment failure rate in our office is relatively high,it is difficult to quickly meet the increased temporary inspection needs of the equipment when facing the adjustment of the production plan of the equipment,process testing,problem troubleshooting and anti-corrosion testing.In this paper,near infrared detection is used to replace the traditional analysis method to check the properties of heavy oil products,so as to respond quickly to the production changes of equipment.
