新时代高校思想政治工作的实质内涵、时代特质与实践思路

摘　　要：新时代高校思想政治工作是我们党为了落实铸魂育人工作,强化意识形态立场,经过理论思考与实践探赜作出的科学回答。新时代高校思想政治工作应加强目标建设,把握“三大原则”,遵循“三大规律”;体现“育人育才”的主体性、“六个下功夫”的实践性和“立德树人”的价值性,肩负起新时代人才培养重要使命;坚持党的领导,加强教师队伍建设,促进高校思想政治理论课改革创新的实践思路。由实质内涵、时代特质及实践思路构成的高校思想政治工作理论,对新时代高校思想政治工作开展意义重大。The ideological and political work in colleges and universities in the new era is a scientific answer made by Xi Jinping through theoretical thinking and practice in order to implement the work of casting soul and strengthen the ideological position.The essence of ideological and political work is to strengthen the goal construction,grasp the three principles and follow the three laws;the characteristics of the times are the subjectivity of“education”,“six efforts”and the value of“virtue”;the practical idea is to adhere to the leadership of the Party,strengthen the construction of teachers,and promote the reform and innovation of ideological and political theory courses.The theory of ideological and political work composed of substantive connotation,characteristics of the times and practical ideas is of great significance to the ideological and political work in colleges and universities in the new era.
