摘  要:线性相位带通滤波器是通信电子电路中的关键器件之一,其相位线性度直接影响信号质量,因此需要对其进行准确设计。本文基于交叉耦合谐振器的电路拓扑,实现了具有良好线性度的广义切比雪夫滤波特性。设计中首先通过公式计算出耦合系数的初值,然后采用电磁仿真的方法,计算出采用同轴腔实现该滤波器时各参数的物理尺寸。通过对滤波器进行建模和电磁仿真,最终实现了一款S波段、6.5 MHz的线性相位带通滤波器,在70%以上通带内群时延失真小于6 ns,具有良好的线性相位特性,且仿真与实测结果吻合较好。Linear phase filter is one of the key components in communication systems,which directly decide the quality of signals,so accurate design is of great importance.In this article,based on cross-coupled resonator topology,a generalised Chebyshev filter response with good phase linearity is achieved.In the designing process,the coupling coefficients are first calculated by fomulas and used as initial values,then physical dimensions of the filter implemented by coaxial cavity can be decided by EM simulation.After that,the EM model of the whole filter is set up and simulated.By EM tuning the parameter of the physical model,the final dimensions are determined,and the manufactured S-band/6.5 MHz bandpass filter show exellent linear phase performance,with less than 6ns phase deviation within 70%of its passband,and the simulated and measured data fits very well.
