摘　　要：基于自然的解决方案(NbS)是世界自然联盟(IUCN)推崇的理念。基于中国特有的生态保护修复传统、自然地理空间格局、自然资源禀赋,制定中国化的NbS方案,有助于NbS理念在中国落地。我国有植树造林、保护草原的传统,总结出的宜林则林、宜草则草经验是NbS的体现,开展相关的“林”“草”生态修复亮点研究,对起步较晚的海草床生态修复有重要启发和借鉴意义。通过国内外研究成果、案例资料等进行对比,绘制对策建议逻辑关系图,提高各条建议的关联性和合理性。文章总结了红树林和草原生态修复亮点,指出了国内海草床生态修复在政策、公众参与、资金投入和技术手段存在劣势,在生长速度快、不改变滩涂性质条件下利用潮下带空间资源、碳汇增汇方面存在优势。文章就促进我国海草床生态修复提出15条建议:开展海草床在线监测和适宜海草生长的调查、加强NbS和海草床宣传、加强监管执法和统筹协调、制定合理的奖补政策、成立中国海草专业委员会、为公众参与提供便利、开展气候变化适应性海草种植试验建议等。Nature-based solutions(NbS)is the concept advocated by the International Union for Conservation of Nature(IUCN),based on China’s unique ecological protection and restoration traditions,natural geospatial patterns,and natural resource features.The development of Chinese NbS solutions will contribute to the implementation of the concept of NbS in China.China has a tradition of afforestation and grassland protection,and the successful experiences are the embodiment of NbS.Therefore,the research on the highlights of ecological restoration of“forest”and“grass”has imnportant inepiration and reference significance for the ecologicalrestoration of seagrass beds.Through the comparison of domestic and foreign research resultsand case study data.the logical seystem dagram of cuntermeasures and suggestions is drawn toinprove the correlation and rationality of each recommenlation I his paper sum marizes thehighlights of mangerove and Eras sland ecological restoration,and points out that there are disatvantages in domestic seagrass bed ecological restoration in terms of poliey and public participation.capital investment and technical means.but there are also advantages in the utiliza tion ofsubtidal space tesources and carbon sink under the condition of the seagrass fast growth rate andDo change in the nature of tidlal flats.The paper puts forwarl 15 suggestions for promoting theecological restoration of seagrass beds in China:carry out seagra88 bed online monitoring andsurvey of suitable seagrass places,strengthen the publicity of NbS and seagtass beds.strengthen supervision and law enforcemnent and coordination.establish reasonable fteward andsubsidy polies,establish Chinese seagt ass profes sional societies and non-governmental organi-zationg.facili tate public pat ticipation.try experinent of dima te change adaptation.etc.
