摘  要:为了满足日益增长的3D数字地图应用需求,更好地了解城市的多层次空间,一些城市实施了全域3D数字地图作业。3D数字地图生产中,车载移动测量是其中一项关键性任务。本文结合实例项目,提出利用SSW车载激光移动测量建模系统进行道路数据的采集及制作的技术方案。通过组合导航解算、点云纠正、影像坐标解算、影像模糊处理、点云赋色、点云去噪、Orbit GT数据制作等处理,实现了带地理参考坐标的彩色点云数据、360?全景影像数据、单个影像数据的快速制作,探索出适用城市3D数字地图生产作业的技术方案。本方案所生产成果经检验合格,并在空间数据共享平台(portal.csdi.gov.hk)上作为首批可视化三维地图数据提供给公众免费使用,受到社会各界的广泛关注和好评。本方案不仅可推动基于SSW车载激光移动测量建模系统的推广,也可为类似的城市车载移动测量作业提供有效的借鉴和参考。In order to meet the growing demands for 3D digital map applications and enable better un‐derstand the multi-level space of cities,a whole-area 3D digital map production has been implemented,among which vehicle mobile mapping service is the key task.This paper proposes a technical solution for road data collection and production using the SSW vehicle laser mobile mapping&modeling sys‐tem,based on a pilot project.The colored point cloud data with geographic reference,360°panoramic image data and individual image data is rapidly produced by integrating navigation solution,point cloud correction,image coordinate computation,image blurring processing,point cloud colorization,point cloud noise removal,Orbit GT data production and other processing,and the applicable technical solution for vehicle mobile mapping of 3D digital maps is discussed.The results of this program have been checked and qualified,and have been given free to use by public as the first set of 3D map data for visualization on the spatial data sharing platform(portal.csdi.gov.hk),they were widely concerned and acknowledged by various sectors.So this program can not only be helpful for the promotion of SSW ve‐hicle laser mobile mapping&modeling system,but also provide effective reference for similar urban vehicle mobile mapping operations.
