摘 要:针对传统的机械润滑设备耗能高、劳动强度大、结构复杂、智能化程度较低等问题,文中以STM32F407为控制核心、ESP8266无线WiFi为无线通信模块、KQ330为电力载波模块,设计了一款基于STM32F4+emWin+μC/OSIII的集中润滑系统。对润滑系统供电电路、人机交互界面、无线通信电路、通信协议及手机APP等进行了设计。实验结果表明,该润滑系统具有移动端APP监控、润滑可靠、润滑精确、操控简单等优点,能够满足现代机械的润滑需求。Aiming at the traditional mechanical lubrication equipment with high energy consumption,high labor intensity,complex structure and low degree of intelligence,this paper designs a centralized lubrication system based on STM32F4+emWin+μC/OSIII.STM32F407 is used as the control core,ESP8266 wireless WiFi is used as the wireless communication module,and KQ330 is used as the power carrier module.We design the power supply circuit of the lubrication system,the human-machine interface,the wireless communication circuit,the pass protocol and the cell phone app.The experimental results show that the lubrication system has the advantages of mobile APP monitoring,reliable lubrication,precise lubrication and simple control,which can meet the lubrication needs of modern machinery.
