摘 要:旋风分离器是循环流化床锅炉燃烧系统的主要设备之一,为了研究其气体流动特性,以某350 MW循环流化床锅炉旋风分离器为研究对象,采用Fluent模拟软件中的雷诺应力模型(RSM)模拟并分析了旋风分离器内气体流动特性。模拟结果表明,旋风分离器流场是由外旋流和内旋流组成的双涡旋结构,流场对称性较差;由于受到中心筒约束,在筒体上部会形成纵向环流和短路流,纵向环流起到携带气流向下流动的作用,而短路流则将气流快速带入中心筒流出;旋风分离器内气流的切向速度呈现“M”形,轴向速度呈现倒“W”形,z=0和x=0截面的速度分布有差异;旋风分离器内的静压分布呈“V”形,进、出口静压差为1015.2 Pa,分离空间的静压损失占比最大。The cyclone separator is one of the important equipment in the combustion system of a circulating fluidized bed boiler.To study its gas flow characteristics,this paper takes the cyclone separator of a 350 MW circulating fluidized bed boiler as the research object,simulates and analyzes the gas flow characteristics in the cyclone separator using the Reynolds Stress Model(RSM)in Fluent simulation software.The simulation results show that the flow field of the cyclone separator is a double vortex structure composed of external and internal swirls,and the symmetry of the flow field is poor.Due to the constraint of the vortex finder,longitudinal circulation and short-circuit flow will be formed in the upper part of the cylinder.The longitudinal circulation plays a role in carrying airflow downward,while short-circuit flow quickly brings airflow into the vortex finder and flows out.The tangential velocity of the gas flow in the cyclone separator presents a"M"shape,and the axial velocity presents an inverted"W"shape.The velocity distribution of the cross section z=0 and x=0 is different.The static pressure distribution inside the cyclone separator is in a"V"shape,with a static pressure difference of 1015.2 Pa between the inlet and outlet.The static pressure loss in the separation space accounts for the largest proportion.
