摘  要:为了解决荒山、土丘、沙漠的绿化及农作物种子喷种等问题,设计了一种多环境播种小车,该装置主要由行进机构、喷播机构、间播机构、机电控制机构和物料存储机构等组成,具有爬坡避障功能,大范围、多角度覆盖喷洒功能,间播大种子送入土壤功能,可以远程操控并实现智能一体化,还可进行传感检测。通过方案选择、设计计算、三维建模和动态虚拟仿真进行可行性分析和制作实践,性能良好,满足预期要求,可在日常播种和绿化工作中发挥作用。In order to solve the problems of greening of barren mountains,mounds and deserts and seed spraying of agricultural crops,this paper designs a multi-environment seeding trolley.The device is mainly composed of traveling mechanism,spraying mechanism,interval sowing mechanism,mechanical and electrical control mechanism and material storage mechanism.The trolley has climbing and obstacle avoidance function,large range and multi-angle coverage spraying function and interval sowing function.In addition to the design of remote control which achieves intelligent integration,the trolley also has the function of sensing detection.After scheme selection,design calculation,three-dimensional modeling and dynamic virtual simulation for feasibility analysis,the trolley can finally run with satisfaction and meet the expected requirements under installation conditions,which can play a role in daily sowing and greening work.
