摘　　要：钢丝作业指重计是钢丝作业过程中,指示钢丝承受拉力的一种仪器,作业人员通过钢丝作业指重计指示判断井下工具运行状态并防止钢丝断裂。为了实现对钢丝作业指重计准确性的检测,通过对钢丝作业指重计工作原理和作业工况进行分析,研制了钢丝作业指重计检测装置。该装置主要由支架、拉力测试仪、空心液压泵三大部分组成,设备精度为0.02%,能对分体式和整体式两种不同类型钢丝作业指重计进行检测,在29400 N范围内设置任意检测点,开展正反行程检测。该装置轻便易携带、操作简便,能够实现作业现场就地检测,避免拆卸、搬运、送检等问题,大幅提高了检测效率。Steel wire operation weight indicator is an instrument that indicates that the steel wire bears tensile force in the process of steel wire operation.Based on the analysis of the working principle and working conditions of steel wire operation weight indicator,this paper develops a steel wire operation weight indicator detection device,which is mainly composed of support,tension tester and hollow hydraulic pump.The equipment accuracy is 0.02%,which can test the split type and integral type steel wire operation weight indicators.Positive and negative stroke detection can be carried out at any detection point set within 29400 N.The device is light,easy to carry and easy to operate.It can realize on-site detection on the operation site,avoid a series of problems such as disassembly,handling and inspection,and greatly improve the detection efficiency.
