摘 要:周围神经损伤是临床常见疾病,常用修复手法中异体神经移植的供体获得依然存在一定困难。神经导管被认为有希望替代异体神经用于周围神经修复,其能够促进周围神经纤维的再生及髓鞘化,修复受损的周围神经。当前周围神经修复材料(PNRMs)发展迅速。本文旨在综述PNRMs在促进外周神经纤维再生和髓鞘化方面的研究进展,并将着重总结材料的设计进展以及材料通过特定的分子机制影响神经细胞进而修复周围神经的机理。通过优化材料的设计和应用,未来将有更多种PNRMs进入临床,在周围神经损伤治疗中取得突破。Objective Peripheral nerve injury is a common clinical disease,and it is still difficult to obtain the donor of nerve allograft in common repair methods.Nerve conduit is considered as a promising substitute for allogenic nerve in peripheral nerve repair,which can promote the regeneration and myelination of peripheral nerve fibers and repair damaged peripheral nerves.At present,peripheral nerve repair materials(PNRMs)are developing rapidly.This paper aimed at summarizing the research progress of PNRMs in promoting the regeneration and myelination of peripheral nerve fibers,and focused on summarizing the design progress of materials and the mechanism that materials affect nerve cells through specific molecular mechanisms to repair peripheral nerves.By optimizing the design and application of materials,more kinds of nerve conduits will enter the clinic in the future,and a major breakthrough will be made in the treatment of peripheral nerve injury.
