摘  要:本研究选择粉煤灰作为改性剂,以氧化镁、氯化镁、杨木单板为原料制备了无机胶合板。利用万能力学试验仪测量胶合板的物理力学性能、弹性模量以及静曲强度,同时测定了胶合板的浸渍剥离以及阻燃性能。研究结果表明:(1)X射线衍射分析表明,当粉煤灰添加量为9%时,凝胶状518相晶体的生成导致氯氧镁胶合板的耐水性能提高。因此,适量粉煤灰的加入会改善氯氧镁水泥的吸水性,从而提高胶合板的耐水性能。(2)扫描电镜(SEM)表征表明,添加粉煤灰后,胶粘剂结构的致密性降低,出现了不少孔洞和间隙,导致胶合板的力学性能下降。(3)添加粉煤灰后,胶合板的内结合强度有所下降,最低在粉煤灰添加量为6%时下降到了0.46 MPa。粉煤灰的加入可能会影响氯氧镁胶粘剂的水化速率,气硬条件下胶粘剂的水化反应速率降低会影响胶粘剂的强度。(4)在添加了粉煤灰后,胶合板的弹性模量和静曲强度整体呈下降趋势。当粉煤灰添加到9%时,弹性模量和静曲强度最低。(5)添加了不同量的粉煤灰之后,胶合板的正面和侧面的握钉力都有所下降。当粉煤灰添加量为15%时,胶合板的正面、侧面握钉力均达到最小值。(6)添加了不同量的粉煤灰之后,胶合板的24 h吸水率和浸渍剥离长度有所下降,耐水性能明显变好。当粉煤灰添加量为9%时,胶合板的24 h吸水率下降到21.7%,浸渍剥离长度下降到12 mm,胶合板的耐水性能最好。(7)随着粉煤灰的加入,胶合板的阻燃性能有所下降。当粉煤灰添加量为15%时,胶合板背面温升达到180℃用时仅为520 s。In this study,fly ash was selected as a modifier to prepare inorganic plywood using magnesium oxide,magnesium chloride,and poplar veneer as raw materials.The physical and mechanical properties,elastic modulus,and modulus of rapture of plywood were measured by using a universal mechanical tester,and the impregnation peeling and flame retardant properties of plywood were also determined.The research results showed that,(1)X-ray diffraction analysis showed that when the content of fly ash was 9%,the formation of gel like 518 phase crystal led to the improvement of water resistance of magnesium oxychloride plywood.Therefore,the addition of an appropriate amount of fly ash could improve the water absorption of magnesium oxychloride cement,thereby enhancing the water resistance of plywood.(2)Scanning electron microscope(SEM)characterization showed that the addition of fly ash reduced the density of the adhesive structure,resulting in many pores and gaps,leading to a decrease in the mechanical properties of the plywood.(3)After adding fly ash,the internal bonding strength of the plywood decreased to a minimum of 0.46 MPa at a fly ash addition of 6%.The addition of fly ash might affect the hydration rate of magnesium oxychloride adhesive,and the decrease in hydration reaction rate of adhesive under air hardening conditions would affect the strength of the adhesive.(4)After adding fly ash,the overall elastic modulus and modulus of rapture of plywood showed a decreasing trend.When fly ash was added to 9%,the elastic modulus and modulus of rapture were the lowest.(5)After adding different amounts of fly ash,the nail holding force on both the front and side of the plywood decreased.When the amount of fly ash added was 15%,the nail holding force on both the front and side of the plywood reached its minimum value.(6)After adding different amounts of fly ash,the 24 h water absorption rate and impregnation peeling length of the plywood decreased,and the water resistance significantly improved.When the amount of fly ash added was
