摘 要:为进一步理解排水泵的内部流动特性,以离心式排水泵水力模型为研究对象,采用计算流体动力学(Computational Fluid Dynamics,CFD)方法,基于三维不可压缩流体的N-S方程和RNG k-ε湍流模型,对不同工况下离心式排水泵水力模型的内部流场进行数值模拟。将通过数值计算获得的水力性能数据与试验数据进行对比,验证数值计算方法的可靠性。计算结果表明:当流量较小时,泵内部存在流动旋涡,随着流量增大,流动旋涡现象得到一定程度的改善;叶轮径向力随流量增大而减小,轴向力随着流量增大而递增,且叶轮径向力具有较大幅值的周期性变化,而叶轮轴向力周期波动的幅值较小;泵内各监测点的压力脉动主频为1倍叶频,且高幅压力脉动均集中在低频区,主频脉动幅值随流量的增大而减小。研究结果证明了排水泵的内部流动特性,可为同类泵的优化设计提供有益的参考,从而提高其运行效率。In order to further understand the internal flow characteristics of the drainage pump,the hydraulic model of the centrifugal drainage pump is taken as the research object,the Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD)method is adopted,based on the N-S equation of three-dimensional incompressible fluid and RNG k-εturbulence model,the internal flow field of the hydraulic model of the centrifugal drainage pump under different working conditions is simulated.The hydraulic performance data obtained through numerical calculation are compared with the test data to verify the reliability of the numerical calculation method.The results show that:when the flow rate is small,there is a flow vortex in the pump,with the increase of the flow rate,the flow vortex phenomenon is improved to certain extent;the radial force of the impeller decreases with the increase of the flow rate,the axial force increases with the increase of the flow rate,and the radial force of the impeller has a large amplitude of periodic variation,while the amplitude of the periodic fluctuation of the axial force of the impeller is relatively small;the main frequency of the pressure pulsation at each monitoring point in the pump is one time of the blade frequency,the high amplitude pressure pulsation is concentrated in the low frequency area,and the amplitude of the main frequency pulsation decreases with the increase of the flow rate.The research results prove the internal flow characteristics of the drainage pump,which can provide useful reference for the optimization design of similar pumps,and thus improve their operating efficiency.
