摘  要:[目的]本研究旨在解析对松枯梢病原菌Sphaeropsis sapinea具有强拮抗活性的生防菌株森吉木霉Trichoderma songyi M75的基因组基本信息。[方法]采用Illumina NovaSeq PE 150为依托的第二代测序技术对森吉木霉M75菌株进行基因组测序。[结果]M75菌株全基因组总长34483860 bp,GC含量49.50%,与木霉属真菌特征相吻合。在GO数据库中,森吉木霉M75共注释了28494个基因;在KEGG数据库中有8192个基因富集在KEGG中的383条不同的在三级代谢通路中,主要集中表现在代谢途径通路(848个)、次生代谢产物的生物合成通路(330个)、抗生素的生物合成(243个)、微生物代谢通路(240个)、氨基酸的生物合成(118个)、碳代谢通路(112个)等相关的代谢与次生代谢产物合成通路中;共有2184个基因在KOG数据库中获得蛋白功能注释;在碳水化合物活性酶CAZy数据库中,共注释了259个糖苷水解酶GHs基因,105个糖基转移酶GTs基因,7个多糖裂解酶PLs基因,21个糖类脂解酶CEs基因,54个糖类结合组件CBMs基因。森吉木霉M75全基因组中共包含41个基因簇,451个基因,多数与次级代谢产物的合成相关。[结论]本研究首次获得了生防真菌森吉木霉的基因组序列信息,为木霉的遗传信息、抑菌机制及抑菌物质的代谢通路等研究提供了数据支持和重要参考。[Objective]The study aimed to analyze the genomic basic information of the biocontrol Trichoderma songyi M75 strain,which has strong antagonistic activity against the pine shoot blight pathogen Spaeropsis sapinea.[Method]The third-generation sequencing technology based on Illumina NovaSeq PE 150 was used to sequence the genome of T.songyi M75 strain.[Result]The total genome length of T.songyi M75 was 34483860 bp,and the GC content was 49.50%,which was consistent with the characteristics of Trichoderma spp.In GO database,a total of 28494 genes were annotated.In the KEGG database,8192 genes were enriched in 383 different tertiary metabolic pathways in KEGG,mainly concentrated in metabolic pathways(848),biosynthesis of secondary metabolites(330),antibiotic biosynthesis(243),microbial metabolism in different environments(240),amino acid biosynthesis(118),carbon metabolism(112)and other metabolic pathways.A total of 2184 genes were annotated with protein functions in the KOG database.In the CAZy database of carbohydrate active enzymes,there were 259 glycoside hydrolase GHs genes,105 glycosyltransferase GTs genes,7 polysaccharide lyase PLs genes,21 carbohydrate lipase CEs genes,and 54 carbohydrate binding component CBMs genes.The whole genome of M75 contains 41 gene clusters and 451 genes,most of which are related to the synthesis of secondary metabolites.[Conclusion]This study obtained genomic sequence information of the biocontrol fungus T.songyi for the first time providing data support and important references for the genetic information,antibacterial mechanisms,and metabolic pathways of antibacterial substances in Trichoderma spp.
