全过程人民民主外宣话语的建构模式研究——以中国主流英文报刊为例

摘　　要：以中国主流英文报刊对全过程人民民主的英文报道为语料,以概念隐喻和架构为理论框架,挖掘报道中的表层架构和深层架构,建构全过程人民民主话语的生成模式。研究发现,隐喻性表层架构中“人类”和“旅行”是主导架构,非隐喻性表层架构中“人民”“政区”“内涵”和“实践”为主导架构;“人类”和“人民”“政区”共同激活“人民至上”深层架构,“旅行”和“内涵”“实践”共同激活“实践至上”深层架构。全过程人民民主话语的建构模式为“全过程人民民主概念群→公仆观→以人民为中心→深层架构(人民至上、实践至上)→表层架构(人类、旅行、人民、政区、内涵、实践……)→民主话语”。在自塑中国国际民主形象方面,认知语言学可从三个方面作出贡献:通过再概念化和再语境化,重新架构民主的概念内涵;经由范畴对比,夺取话语建构与传播优势;借助认知机制,固化受众对民主的认知。Based on the English reports on whole-process people’s democracy in mainstream Chinese newspapers as the corpus,within the frameworks of conceptual metaphor theory and frame theory,this study discloses the surface and deep frames in these reports and constructs the underlying discourse generative model.The present research finds that“humanity”and“journey”are the dominant metaphorical surface frames,while“people”“administrative region”“essence”and“practice”are the dominant non-metaphorical ones.“Humanity”“people”and“administrative region”jointly activate the deep structure of“people first”“Journey”“essence”and“practice”collectively activate the deep structure of“practice first.”The corresponding discourse generation model is conceptual clusters of whole-process people’s democracy→servant view→people-centered approach→deep structure(people first,practice first)→surface structure(humanity,journey,people,administrative region,essence,practice...)→democratic discourse.
