摘  要:采用二水—半水物湿法磷酸工艺可直接生产较高浓度的磷酸,具有良好的节能效果,且副产的半水石膏品质较好。试验以约旦磷矿为原料,采用二水—半水物法制取湿法磷酸,分别考察了不同工艺条件对二水物流程和半水物流程的影响,获得最佳工艺条件,以制取较高浓度的成品磷酸和较好品质的半水石膏,提高P 2 O 5回收率。The dihydrate-hemihydrate phosphoric acid process can directly produce phosphoric acid with higher concentration,which is good energy-efficient,and the by-product hemihydrate gypsum comes with better quality.The test uses Jordanian phosphate rock as raw material and employs the dihydrate-hemihydrate process to produce wet-process phosphoric acid.The effects of different process conditions on the dihydrate process and the hemihydrate process are investigated,respectively,and the optimal process conditions are obtained to produce higher concentration of finished phosphoric acid and better quality hemihydrate gypsum,and improve the P 2 O 5 recovery rate.
