摘 要:针对某公司氟硅酸钠生产的污水处理费用居高不下,以及原料氟硅酸中的硅胶导致氟资源浪费和处理费用高的问题,研究了利用氟硅酸澄清过程产生的硅胶稠浆与氟硅酸钠污水混合反应,同步解决氟硅酸硅胶脱除和污水回收利用的技术。该氟硅酸钠污水回收利用项目中试效果良好,达到了预期效果。实施工程化后,预计每年污水处理的石灰消耗和渣处置费用减少4000余万元,节约硫磺采购费用1800余万元,公司水平衡控制难度随之降低。Given the high cost of effluent treatment in sodium fluorosilicate production of a company,as well as the waste of fluorine resource and high treatment cost caused by silica gel in the raw material fluorosilicic acid,The technology of using the silica gel thick slurry produced in the fluorosilicic acid clarification process is examined to mix and react with sodium fluorosilicate effluent to address the issue of fluorosilicic acid silica gel removal and effluent recycling.The pilot test of the sodium fluorosilicate effluent recycling project is good and the expected results are achieved.Following the implementation of the project,it is estimated that the annual lime consumption and slag disposal costs of effluent treatment will be reduced by more than 40 million yuan,and the sulfur procurement cost will be saved by more than 18 million yuan,and the difficulty of water balance control of the company will be mitigated as well.
