摘  要:宁波某烷基化废酸再生装置自开车以来发生了多起典型的联锁停车事件,介绍了该废酸再生装置的工艺原理、技术特点,分析了联锁停车事件的原因,提出了采取单测点联锁优化和改进工艺操作方法等优化措施,从而保障了废酸再生装置长周期安全稳定运行。A number of typical interlocking shutdown incidents have occurred in an alkylation spent acid regeneration unit in Ningbo since its start-up.The process principle and technical characteristics of the spent acid regeneration unit are presented,the causes of the interlocking shutdown incidents are analyzed,the optimization measures are proposed such as single measurement point interlocking optimization and improved process operation methods,thereby ensuring the long-term safe and stable operation of the spent acid regeneration unit.
