摘　　要：某冶炼厂绿色化升级改造项目配套建设了两转两吸烟气制酸装置,用于处理生产过程中产生的各种含SO 2烟气。介绍了该装置的设计方案、工艺流程及特点、主要设备及规格。该制酸装置运行产实践表明:各项工艺参数均达到设计指标,总转化率大于99.85%,尾气达标排放,说明该制酸技术先进、可靠,具有较好的环境效益和社会效益。A double contact double absorption metallurgical acid plant is installed in the green upgrading of a smeltering company to treat various flue gases containing SO 2 generated during the production process.The design scheme,process flow and characteristics,key equipment and specifications of the unit are presented.The operation practice of the acid plant show that all process parameters have met the design specifications,the total conversion rate is over 99.85%,and the tail gas emission satisfies the code requirements,indicating that the acid technology is advanced and reliable,with good environmental and social benefits.
