摘　　要：中国共产党和中国人民创造的全过程人民民主的文化基因是一条根源中国历史文化传统的民主形态,离不开中华优秀传统文化的滋养。它的理论底色是一条立足中国特色社会主义的民主形态,离不开马克思主义中国化过程中追求民主、发展民主、实现民主的经验总结。它的价值意涵是坚持全人类共同价值的民主形态,离不开对其他文明特别是西方自由民主的批判借鉴。它的实践旨归是丰富人类政治文明形态的民主形态,离不开世界文明之间交流互鉴,共同促进人类社会发展进步。The cultural gene of people's democracy in the whole process created by the CPC and the Chinese people is a democratic form rooted in China's historical and cultural traditions,which cannot be separated from the nourishment of China's excellent traditional culture.Its theoretical foundation is a democratic form based on socialism with Chinese characteristics,which cannot be separated from the expe-rience of pursuing democracy,developing democracy,and realizing democracy in the process of sinicization of Marxism.Its value implies a democratic form that adheres to the common values of all mankind,which cannot be separated from the criticism and reference of other civilizations,especially Western freedom and democracy.Its practical purpose is to enrich the democratic form of human political civilization,which can-not be separated from the exchange and mutual learning among world civilizations,and jointly promote the development and progress of human society.
