摘 要:为探讨纳米羟基磷灰石(nHAP)系列材料对水稻镉(Cd)吸收和转运的调控机制,本研究通过盆栽试验探讨施加nHAP、nHAP-Se和nHAP-Fe对水稻吸收、累积Cd的影响。结果表明,水稻土施加nHAP系列材料与空白对照相比,水稻糙米、谷壳、秸秆中Cd的含量显著下降,其中nHAP-Se、nHAP-Fe作用下水稻糙米Cd的含量下降了68.12%、64.18%,低于食品安全国家标准限定值0.2 mg·kg^(-1)。本试验表明,nHAP系列材料通过降低土壤中Cd的水溶性和离子交换能力,实现了对土壤Cd良好的吸附和固持作用,从而降低土壤Cd在土壤-植物之间的迁移活性。Study on the effects of nano-hydroxyapatite(nHAP)series materials on the uptake and transport of cadmium(Cd)in rice,we validated the effects of nHAP,nHAP-Se,and nHAP-Fe treatments on the adsorption and accumulation of Cd in rice using pot experiments.When nHAP series materials were applied to rice soil,the Cd content of brown rice,husk,and straw was significantly lower than that of the blank control,and the Cd content of brown rice also decreased under the effects of nHAP-Se and nHAP-Fe by 68.12%and 64.18%,respectively,which was lower than the limit value of 0.2 mg·kg-1,according to the national food safety standard.Overall,this study showed that nHAP series materials resulted in good adsorption and retention of soil Cd by reducing its water solubility and ion exchange capacity,thus reducing the transport activity of soil Cd between soil and plants.
