摘 要:提升装配式轻钢龙骨复合外墙的隔声性能将有效促进绿色建筑发展并提高建筑品质。文章通过隔声实验室测量了6种不同构造组成的装配式轻钢龙骨复合外墙的隔声性能,对比分析了纤维水泥板与石膏板做覆面板、不同厚度内填吸声材料、构件连接处的减振处理及不同厚度外保温装饰板对隔声性能的影响。结果表明:覆面板采用纤维水泥板比采用石膏板对提高隔声性能更有利;轻钢龙骨空腔填充吸声材料的越厚,墙体隔声性能越好;墙体构件连接处进行减振处理,对隔声性能的改善不明显;附加外保温装饰板及增大外保温装饰板的厚度并不能改善装配式轻钢龙骨复合外墙的隔声性能。文中的研究结果可为装配式轻钢龙骨复合外墙的设计生产提供数据支撑和重要参考。Improving the sound insulation performance of prefabricated light-gauge steel framing composite external wall will effectively promote the development of green buildings and improve the building quality.In this paper,the sound insulation performances of six kinds of prefabricated light-gauge steel framing composite exterior walls with different structures are measured in the sound insulation laboratory.The effects of fiber cement board and gypsum board as coating panels,sound absorption materials with different thicknesses,vibration reduction treatment of component connection,and external insulation decorative boards with different thicknesses on the sound insulation performance are compared and analyzed.The results show that fiber cement board is more favorable for sound insulation performance than gypsum board.The greater the thickness of the light-gauge steel framing cavity filled with sound absorption material,the better the sound insulation performance of the wall.The vibration reduction treatment at the connection of wall components does not significantly improve the sound insulation performance.The sound insulation performance of prefabricated light-gauge steel framing composite exterior walls cannot be improved by adding external thermal insulation decorative board and increasing the thickness of external thermal insulation decorative board.The research result in this paper can provide data support and an important reference for the design and production of prefabricated light-gauge steel framing composite external wall.
