摘 要:文章以临泉县城区水系综合治理工程为例,分析了临泉县黑臭水体的现状及造成水体中氨氮浓度较高而溶解氧浓度较低的原因为生活污水排放、农业面源污染和大气沉降污染,提出了设置人工湿地、建立缓冲带、闸坝群联合调度、河道疏浚、曝气富氧等治理措施。治理后黑臭水体的氨氮含量、溶解氧等黑臭特征指标得到显著改善,水体黑臭现象被消除,证实了水利工程措施对于黑臭水体治理的可行性。Taking the comprehensive water system treatment project in Linquan County as an example,the paper analyzes the present situation of black and odorous water bodies in Linquan County and the causes of high ammonia nitrogen concentration and low dissolved oxygen concentration are domestic sewage discharge,agricultural non-point source pollution and atmospheric subsidence pollution.Control measures such as the establishment of constructed wetlands,the establishment of buffer zone,joint operation of dam groups,river dredging,aeration and oxygen enrichment were put forward.After treatment,the characteristics of black and odorous water such as ammonia nitrogen content and dissolved oxygen were significantly improved,and the black and odorous water phenomenon was eliminated,which confirmed the feasibility of water engineering measures for the treatment of black and odorous water.
