摘  要:利用姜黄素类化合物在碱性溶液中的颜色变化特性,结合碱性对羊毛和蚕丝纤维的影响,开发了一种可用于指示洗涤剂碱度的植物姜黄染色织物标签。以羊毛和蚕丝为研究对象,考察了不同pH值的碱处理对纤维的损伤情况及染色织物的变色情况,并检验了其耐用性。结果表明:姜黄染色织物随环境碱性增强呈现出黄→橙→红→棕红的变色规律;当洗涤液pH值≥9时,羊毛和蚕丝纤维的损伤较为明显,染色织物颜色由黄色变为橙色或红色。因此可借助姜黄的酸碱变色效应,迅速直观地判断洗涤用水是否适用于蛋白质纤维。姜黄染色织物标签可循环使用,并可应用于蛋白质类纺织品的日常洗护。By utilizing the color change characteristics of curcumin compounds in alkaline solutions and considering the impact of alkalinity on wool and silk fibers,a turmeric dyed fabric label that can be used for washing alkalinity indication has been developed.Using wool and silk as research objects,the damage of fibers and the discoloration of dyed fabrics caused by alkali treatment with different pH values are investigated,and their durability is tested.The results show that the turmeric dyed fabric exhibits a color change pattern of yellow,orange,red,and brownish red with the increase of environmental alkalinity;When the washing pH value is≥9,the damage to wool and silk fibers is more obvious,and the color of dyed fabrics changes from yellow to orange or red.Therefore,the acid-base discoloration effect of turmeric can be used to quickly and intuitively identify whether the approximate pH of washing water is suitable for protein fibers.Turmeric dyed fabric labels are reusable,and can be applied to the daily care of protein textiles.
