摘 要:通过激光切割技术,选择弹性与透气性优异的超细纤维合成革面料,结合理论与试验方法,探究了不同激光切割参数下超细纤维合成革的最大伸长长度以及透气性变化。结果表明:随着线槽间距变小,半切割式面料的拉伸长度变长,而透气性明显下降;完全切割面料的透气性要远高于半切割面料。对线槽间距为4 mm的半切割和经纬间距为3~4 mm的完全切割进行比例组合试验。结果表明,1∶1的组合切割面料的性能更为优异,可选择其为最佳配比进行超细纤维合成革面料设计。Through modern laser cutting technology,ultra-fine fiber synthetic leather fabric with excellent elasticity and breathability performance is chosen.By combining theoretical analysis and experimental methods,the impact of different laser cutting parameters on variables such as tensile strength,elongation at break,and breathability of ultra-fine fiber synthetic leather is investigated.The results indicate that as the cutting thickness increases,the resilience of semi-cut fabric remains relatively stable,while the bending strength significantly decreases.Fully cut fabric exhibits much higher breathability than semi-cut fabric.Proportion combination experiments are conducted with a half-cut groove spacing of 4 mm and a warp-weft spacing of 3~4 mm.Through experimentation,it is found that the 1∶1 combination cutting fabric shows superior performance,making it the optimal ratio for designing ultra-fine fiber synthetic leather fabric.
