摘 要:在开发防螨羊绒纱线的过程中,采用散纤整理法来实现其防螨功能,即在羊绒纤维染色后处理阶段进行防螨整理,再通过粗纺系统的羊绒生产工艺纺制出防螨羊绒纱线。试验结果表明:通过散纤整理法纺制的防螨羊绒纱线具有优良的防螨效果,在15次水洗后仍具有较强的防螨性能,并且其物理性能和色牢度均符合纱线行业标准的一等品要求。该方法实用、简单、有效,可为纺制防螨羊绒纱线提供了一种新的生产途径。In the process of developing anti-mite cashmere yarn,the loose fiber finishing method is adopted to achieve its anti-mite function,that is,anti-mite finishing is carried out in the post-dyeing stage of cashmere fibers,and then anti-mite cashmere yarn is spun through the cashmere production process of the coarse spinning system.The experimental results show that the anti-mite cashmere yarn spun by the loose fiber finishing method has excellent anti-mite effect,and still has strong anti-mite performance after 15 washes.The physical properties and color fastness of the anti-mite cashmere yarn meet the requirements of first-class yarn industry standards.This method is practical,simple,and effective,providing a new production path for spinning anti-mite cashmere yarn.
