摘  要:以棉、水溶性维纶纱线为原料设计开发了镂空提花灯芯绒织物,对织物的割绒工艺与染整工艺进行控制,测试了织物的拉伸性能、撕裂性能、耐摩擦色牢度、耐脱毛牢度和吸湿导热性能。结果表明:与普通纯棉灯芯绒织物相比,镂空提花灯芯绒织物加工温度与车速偏低,织物拉伸性能、撕裂性能、耐摩擦色牢度与耐脱毛牢度有所下降,水分扩散速度较快,吸湿导热性能较好。Hollow jacquard corduroy fabric is designed and developed using cotton and water-soluble vinylon yarn as the raw material.The cutting and dyeing processes of the fabric are controlled,and its tensile performance,tear resistance,color fastness to rubbing,resistance to hair loss,and moisture absorption and thermal conductivity are tested.The results show that compared with ordinary cotton corduroy fabric,the processing temperature and peed for hollow jacquard corduroy fabrics are relatively low.The tensile performance,tear resistance,color fastness to rubbing,and resistance to hair loss of the fabric are somewhat reduced,but the moisture diffusion speed is faster,and moisture absorption and thermal conductivity are better.
