摘  要:利用静电纺丝法和高温碳化法制备了氮掺杂碳纳米纤维(NCNF),通过水热合成反应法在NCNF表面原位生长镍钴层状双氢氧化物(NiCo-LDH)纳米片,制备出核壳结构的NiCo-LDH/NCNF复合材料。对样品的形貌和结构进行表征,并对复合材料进行电化学性能测试。结果显示:NiCo-LDH/NCNF在1、10 A/g的电流密度下,比电容可达2822.9、2178.8 F/g,电容保持率高达77.2%;在连续充放电循环6000次后,电容保持率仍可达到91.8%,循环稳定性能优异。以NiCo-LDH/NCNF为正极,活性炭(AC)为负极组装的非对称超级电容器(NiCo-LDH/NCNF//AC)在1 A/g电流密度下,比电容为226.1 F/g,在742.1 W/kg功率密度下,能量密度高达69.2 Wh/kg。表明NiCo-LDH/NCNF复合材料是一种极具潜力的能量转换与存储材料。Nitrogen doped carbon nanofibers(NCNF)are prepared by electrospinning method and high-temperature carbonization methods,and nickel cobalt layered double hydroxide(NiCo LDH)nanosheets are in-situ grown on the surface of NCNF through hydrothermal synthesis reaction to produce NiCo LDH/NCNF composite with core-shell structure.The morphology and structure of NiCo LDH/NCNF composite are demonstrated,and the electrochemical properties of composite are tested.The results show that the specific capacitance can reach 2822.9 F/g at 1 A/g,and still reach 2178.8 F/g at 10 A/g,and the capacitance retention rate is as high as 77.2%,demonstrating excellent rate performance.After 6000 charge-discharge cycles,the capacitance retention is 91.8%,indicating excellent cycle stability performance.An asymmetric supercapacitor(ASC)assembled using NiCo LDH/NCNF as the positive electrode and activated carbon(AC)as the negative electrode has a specific capacitance of 226.1 F/g at 1 A/g,a high energy density of up to 69.2 Wh/kg with a power density of 742.1 W/kg.Therefore,the NiCo LDH/NCNF composite could be as promising electrode materials for energy conversion and storage.
