某换流站换流变压器胶囊破损原因分析

摘　　要：某换流站年度检修期间,对换流变开展隐患排查,发现一台换流变油枕胶囊漏气且油中含气量超标。对该台换流变现场解体检查发现油枕内部胶囊顶部破损,但胶囊内部未进入绝缘油。故从胶囊未进入绝缘油、胶囊漏点产生原因、厂内验证分析三方面开展原因分析,并对后续胶囊运维检修提供了建议。During the annual overhaul of a converter station,the hidden dangers of converter were investigated and found that a converter oil pillow capsule was leaking and the gas content in the oil exceeded the standard.It was found that the top of the capsule inside the oil pillow was broken,but the inner part of the capsule did not enter the insulating oil.Therefore,the reason analysis is carried out from three aspects:the capsule does not enter the insulating oil,the causes of capsule leakage,and the factory verification analysis.
