基于某柴油机排放烟度及噪声指标要求的燃烧参数优化设计

摘  要:为解决某非道路用柴油机的排放烟度高达4.99FSN、噪声等级达到4级,并伴有撞击异响的问题,进行了排查和优化研究工作。通过听诊器判断气缸盖与机体间存在明显的撞击声,确定异常噪声由燃烧导致。分析原机油束与燃烧室之间的匹配情况,发现燃烧参数设计不合理,继而导致燃油燃烧不充分。针对上述问题,优化了油嘴凸出量、油线夹角及喷雾贯穿率等参数。试验验证的结果表明:优化后的柴油机烟度排放降至1.65FSN,降幅达到了71%;噪声等级也降至2级,原有低沉的“嘣—嘣”撞击声几乎消失。To solve the problems of a non-road diesel engine with an emission smoke level of up to 4.99FSN,a noise level of up to level 4,and a low-pitched"bang-bang"impact noise during operation,the following work was carried out.First,determine that there is a clear impact sound between the cylinder head and the engine block through a stethoscope,and determine that the abnormal noise is caused by combustion.Subsequently,the matching between the original oil spray and the combustion chamber was analyzed,revealing that the combustion parameter design was not reasonable,leading to insufficient fuel combustion.In response to the above problems,parameters such as the protrusion of the nozzle,the angle of the oil line,and the spray penetration rate have been optimized.After verification,the smoke emission of the optimized diesel engine was reduced to 1.65FSN,a decrease of 71%;The noise level has also been reduced to level 2,and the low-pitched"bang-bang"impact sound has almost disappeared,meeting the market indicator requirements.
