摘　　要：党的十八大以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央将马克思主义基本理论与中国特色社会主义实践相结合,深入思考和系统研究了新时代中国式现代化的重大理论和实践问题,提出了一系列具有历史高度与战略高度的新理念新思想。人口高质量发展与中国式现代化具有内在联系,高质量人口发展在实现国家可持续发展、提升人民生活质量以及推动社会经济全面进步方面具有关键作用,中国式现代化对于人口高质量发展具有强大的引领作用,二者可以在政策制定和实施过程中协同推进。通过系统性、整体性和协同性的政策设计,确保人口发展与社会发展目标高度一致,是新时代推进中国式现代化建设的实践路径。Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,under the leadership of Xi Jinping,the CPC Central Committee has merged Marxist theory with the practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics,which has led to profound reflections and systematic research on the major theoretical and practical issues of the Chinese path to modernization in the new era,thus resulting in a series of innovative and historically significant ideas and strategies.There is an intrinsic connection between high-quality population development and Chinese modernization in that high-quality population development is of critical significance to achieving sustainable national development,improving the quality of life of the people,and promoting comprehensive social and economic progress.By proposing systematic,holistic,and coordinated policy designs,it aims to ensure that population development aligns closely with social development goals,thereby providing practical guidance for Chinese modernization in the new era.
