摘 要:针对1750 M W核电汽轮发电机转子导电杆装配密封结构漏气问题,分析并确定密封泄漏的根本原因为:导电杆装配密封结构设计中金属与非金属部件热膨胀系数不匹配,在温度变化时的膨胀或收缩程度不同,从而导致密封结构出现泄漏路径。通过计算分析及机组运行期间的查漏情况,评估导电杆装配密封结构漏气量对机组整体气密和运行的影响,制定机组运行监测措施,确保机组安全稳定运行。Aiming at the leakage problems in the assembling sealing structure of the conductor rod of the 1750 MW nuclear power turbine generator rotor,the root cause of the sealing leakage is determined to be the mismatch of the thermal expansion coefficients of metal and non-metal components in the design of the conductor rod assembling sealing structure,leading to different degrees of expansion or contraction when the temperature changes,thus,forming a leakage path in the sealing structure.By calculating and analyzing the leakage situation during the operation of the unit,influence by the air leakage of the conductive rod assembly seal structure against the whole air tightness and operation of the unit is evaluated while measures for unit operation monitoring are formulated to ensure the daily safe and stable operation of the unit.
