摘　　要：针对大型氢冷发电机端盖气密试验和水压试验后端盖各配合面发生变形的问题,分析确定了变形的主要原因,并据此提出了相应的工艺改进方案,由此消除了变形缺陷,保证了发电机定子的整体密封性。Aiming at the end cover deformation problems after gas tightness test and hydrostatic test of the large hydrogen-cooled generator,the main causes of deformation are analyzed and then the corresponding process improvement schemes are proposed,to eliminate deformation defects and ensure the overall sealing of the generator stator.
