摘　　要：针对某型轮毂外转子永磁电机的特殊结构,分析了电机定转子合装工艺的难点,并提出了相应的解决方案。设计了一种定转子合装工装,通过现场样机组装及试验验证了方案的可行性。Aiming at the special structure of a certain type of wheel hub outer rotor permanent magnet motor,difficulties in the assembly process of the rotor and stator of this type of motor are analyzed and corresponding solutions are put forward.The necessary assembly tooling for the rotor and stator assembly is designed out and feasibility of the scheme is verified through the prototype on-site assembling and testing.
