摘 要:针对输氢管路阀门内漏情况,本文基于加氢制氢一体化站搭建实验平台,采用声发射技术检测,实验结果确认了声发射特征参数RMS(有效值电压)与ASL(平均信号电压)对阀门内漏信号的有效性和可靠性;发生泄漏时ASL与RMS均明显增大,其中RMS的检测较为敏感,发生泄漏时RMS增大1~2个数量级。研究内漏信号在不同阀门压力和不同泄漏程度(阀门开度模拟)下的变化趋势,为声发射应用于输氢管路阀门内漏检测定性判定的准确性和效率提供科学依据。Aiming at the internal leakage of hydrogen pipeline valves,this paper builds an experimental platform based on the integrated station of hydrogenation and hydrogen production,and uses acoustic emission technology to detect.The experimental results confirm the effectiveness and reliability of acoustic emission characteristic parameters RMS(effective value voltage)and ASL(average signal voltage)for valve internal leakage signals.When leakage occurs,both ASL and RMS increase significantly,and the detection of RMS is more sensitive.When leakage occurs,RMS increases by 1 to 2 orders of magnitude.The variation trend of internal leakage signal under different valve pressure and different leakage degree(valve opening simulation)is studied,which provides a scientific basis for the accuracy and efficiency of acoustic emission applied to the qualitative determination of internal leakage detection in hydrogen pipeline valves.
