摘 要:针对给水排水用软密封闸阀的耐久性进行了深入的试验和分析,通过对多台软密封闸阀进行长时间的带压启闭循环试验探究其在试验过程中的性能变化,包括壳体强度、密封性能和操作性能等,试验完成后对阀门进行解体并检查其零部件损伤情况。试验数据和分析结果为识别设计和制造过程中的潜在弱点提供了依据,并为提升软密封闸阀的性能和延长其使用寿命提出了改进措施。研究结果对于指导给水排水系统中软密封闸阀的设计优化和维护策略具有重要意义。The durability of soft-sealed gate valves for water supply and drainage was tested and analyzed in depth.The performance changes during the test were explored through a long-term pressure opening and closing cycle test of multiple soft-sealed gate valves,including shell strength,sealing performance and operating performance.After the test was completed,the valve was disintegrated and the damage of its parts was checked.The test data and analysis results provide a basis for identifying potential weaknesses in the design and manufacturing process,and propose improvement measures to improve the performance of the soft-seal gate valve and extend its service life.The research results are of great significance for guiding the design optimization and maintenance strategy of soft seal gate valves in water supply and drainage systems.
