摘 要:为了解四偏心蝶阀和三偏心蝶阀的流量特性及差别,介绍了两者的结构特点。分别建立两者的三维几何模型,使用CFD方法对四偏心蝶阀和三偏心蝶阀进行数值仿真,通过后处理读取流场数据,得到了两者在各开度下的流量系数及流量特性差别。通过读取各开度的流道横截面面积,分析了流道喉部位置的变化规律以及流量特性差异的主要原因。研究结果表明,四偏心蝶阀在大开度下的流通能力明显优于三偏心蝶阀,但在小开度下,两者流通能力差别不大,四偏心蝶阀的流量系数甚至略小一些。因此,在设计和选型中,应充分考虑两者流量特性的全行程差异。In order to understand the flow characteristics and differences of Quadruple-eccentric butterfly valve and Triple-eccentric butterfly valve,the structure characteristics of both kind of butterfly valve were introduced.The three-dimensional models of them were established.The numerical simulations of the Quadruple-eccentric butterfly valve and the Triple-eccentric butterfly valve were carried out by CFD method.The flow coefficients at each opening and differences of flow characteristics of the two butterfly valve were calculated by reading the flow data in post-processing program.By measuring the cross section area of each opening,the change rule of throat position and the main reason for the difference of flow characteristics were analyzed.The results shown that the flow capacity of the Quadruple-eccentric butterfly valve was obviously better than that of the Triple-eccentric butterfly valve at large opening,but there was small difference in flow capacity between the two at small opening,and the flow coefficient of the Quadruple-eccentric butterfly valve was even slightly smaller.Therefore,the full travel difference between the two flow characteristics should be fully considered in design and selection.
