摘　　要：论述了一种带气幕保护浮法玻璃在线镀膜单槽双流镀膜器的结构和功能,该镀膜器对关键部位导流片做了优化设计,并在排气型腔左右两侧新增气幕结构,能够在高温镀膜时,通入保护气体,使镀膜区域的气场,与锡槽内还原气氛隔离,使膜层质量有较大提升,且保护锡槽不受镀膜废气的污染。This article discusses the structure and function of a float glass online coating single slot dual flow coating device with air curtain protection.The coating device has optimized the design of the key parts of the guide vanes and added air curtain structures on both sides of the exhaust cavity.During high-temperature coating,protective gas can be introduced to isolate the gas field in the coating area from the reducing atmosphere inside the tin bath,greatly improving the quality of the coating layer and protecting the tin bath from pollution caused by coating waste gas.
