摘  要:热处理是油井管生产中的重要特殊工序,对管子的力学性能、抗腐蚀性能具有决定性作用。HFW热处理线承担着无缝钢管厂中大口径套管、结构管等高附加值产品的热处理业务,由于产线设计的特性及设备使用损耗,生产的管子性能波动较大。为满足高钢级抗挤毁、抗硫化氢腐蚀套管严苛的生产要求,通过黑匣子试验、增加烧嘴监控、减少孔洞吸风等方式,研究改善回火炉炉膛气氛的均匀性。Heat treatment is an important special process in the production of oil well pipes,which has a decisive effect on the mechanical properties and chemical corrosion resistance of the pipes.HFW heat treatment line is responsible for the heat treatment of high value-added products such as middle-and large-diameter casings and structural pipes in the seamless steel pipe unit.Due to the special condition in the design of the production line and the deterioration of equipment,the performance of the produced pipes fluctuates greatly.To satisfy the rigorous production demands of high-grade anti-collapse and anti-corrosion casings,the production line undertook research to enhance the uniformity of the furnace atmosphere in the tempering furnace through methods such as black box test,increasing burner monitoring,and reducing hole suction.
