摘 要:钢铁生产企业的冷轧镀锌机组大多采用搭接焊机对带钢进行搭接。在搭接焊机实际使用过程中,由于内夹钳夹紧时会随着带钢一起动作,经过长时间反复抽拉后容易出现松动。针对某冷轧厂C112机组焊机,增加1套冷轧搭接焊机夹紧力数字感知系统,改进现场使用的6个夹紧力螺栓,使其具备力学监测的功能;同时安装1套力在线感知系统,组成冷轧搭接焊机夹钳夹紧力数字感知系统,实现了夹紧力的智能监测分析与预警。通过数字量化测量夹紧力,有效提升了夹紧力的测量精度,解决了人工检测造成的数据偏差和结果不准确问题,有效地判断夹钳的工作状态,保障了带钢的焊接质量。In most cold-rolled galvanizing units in steel production enterprises,lap welding machines were used to weld the strip steel.During operation,the inner clamp moves together with the strip steel when it is tightened,and it can easily become loose due to repeated long-term pulling.For the welding machine of C112 unit at a specific cold rolling plant,a set of digital sensing system for monitoring the clamping force has been integrated.By improving the 6 clamping force bolts used on site,the welding machine now features mechanical monitoring capabilities.Concurrently,an online force sensing system was installed,forming a clamping force digital sensing system.This realized the intelligent monitoring,analysis,and early warning functions of the clamping force.The digital quantification measurement of clamping force effectively improves the measurement accuracy of clamping force,solves the problems of data deviation and inaccurate results caused by manual pulling,effectively assesses the working status of the clamp,and ensures the welding quality of the strip steel.
