摘 要:为研究旧沥青路面铣刨料(RAP)的均质性,首先按公路基层要求测试了RAP料的基本集料指标,然后采用筛分试验和抽提试验分析了RAP料的级配变异性和结团状况,通过灰色关联方法分析了RAP料整体结团率与级配的关联度。结果表明:RAP料针片状颗粒含量较天然集料少,压碎值比天然集料高;以9.5 mm为分界,9.5 mm以上RAP级配比9.5 mm以下级配变异性低,其中9.5~16 mm集料筛余质量最为稳定;37.5 mm筛孔通过率对RAP料整体利用率的影响最强,关联度达到0.846;RAP料结团率均值为6.4%,不同粒径RAP料结团率变异系数达到46.4%,其中4.75~9.5 mm、19 mm、37.5 mm粒径的RAP料结团较为集中;19 mm的RAP的分计筛余百分比变化量与整体结团率关联度最高为0.942。To study the homogeneity of reclaimed asphalt pavement material(RAP),the basic aggregate indicators of RAP material were first tested according to the requirements of the highway base layer.Then,the gradation variability and agglomeration status of RAP material were analyzed using screening and extraction tests.The grey correlation method was used to analyze the correlation between RAP material availability,overall agglomeration rate,and gradation.The research results indicate that RAP material has less needle like particle content and higher crushing value than natural aggregate.Using 9.5mm as the critical point,RAP grade ratios above 9.5mm have low variability in gradation ratios below 9.5mm,with 9.5~16mm aggregate having the most stable sieve residue quality.The pass rate of 37.5mm sieve has the strongest impact on the overall utilization rate of RAP material,with a correlation coefficient of 0.846.The average agglomeration rate of RAP materials is 6.4%,and the coefficient of variation of agglomeration rate of RAP materials with different particle sizes reaches 46.4%.Among them,RAP materials with particle sizes of 4.75mm to 9.5mm,19mm,and 37.5mm have more concentrated agglomeration.The highest correlation between the percentage change of screening residue residual percentage of RAP at 19mm and the overall agglomeration rate is 0.942.
