摘 要:夹芯保温墙板对建筑能效的提高起着至关重要的作用,连接件将保温层与内外墙板连接,同时将外叶板的荷载传递给内叶板,因此连接件的力学性能对于夹芯保温墙板的正常使用十分关键。随着超低能耗建筑的推行,保温板厚度较大时,现有连接件无法为其提供足够的刚度和承载力。因此,本文提出了新型锚固方式的GFRP连接件,通过拉压试验、数值模拟的方式验证其轴向性能,并基于试验和参数分析结果提出轴向承载力计算公式。试验结果表明:连接件拉压破坏模式均为混凝土冲切破坏,锚固钢筋对其破坏模式起重要作用。综合考虑锚固钢筋的布置、数量等来确定破坏面,从而计算轴向承载力,为新型连接件的研究应用提供理论依据。Sandwich insulation wall panels play a crucial role in improving building energy efficiency.The connectors connect their insulation layer to their inner and outer wall panels,while transferring the load from the outer leaf panel to the inner leaf panel.Therefore,the mechanical properties of the connectors are crucial for the normal use of sandwich insulation wall panels.With the promotion of ultra-low energy buildings,when the thickness of insulation boards is large,existing connectors cannot provide sufficient stiffness and bearing capacity.Therefore,this article proposes a new anchoring method for GFRP connectors,verifies their axial performance through tensile and compressive tests,numerical simulations,and proposes a bearing capacity calculation formula based on experimental and parameter analysis results.The experimental results show that the tensile and compressive failure modes of the connectors are all concrete shear failure,and the anchoring steel bars play an important role in their failure modes.Taking into account the arrangement and quantity of anchoring steel bars to determine the failure surface,the axial bearing capacity can be calculated,providing a theoretical basis for the research and application of new types of connectors.
