摘  要:考虑混凝土强度、水胶比、胶凝材料总量、掺合料所占比例、掺合料种类等因素,通过快速碳化试验,对掺粉煤灰和矿渣两种掺合料的混凝土抗碳化能力进行试验研究。结果表明:混凝土碳化性能各影响因素的重要性程度依次为水胶比、双掺比例(粉煤灰/矿粉)、掺合料总量所占比例、胶凝材料总量,各影响因素对抗压强度的影响程度排序与此基本相同;混凝土抗碳化能力随着掺合料掺量的增加而降低,在水胶比较低情况下大掺量的抗碳化能力降低幅度就已很明显;混凝土抗碳化能力随着粉煤灰/矿粉的比例增加而降低;混凝土抗碳化能力随胶凝材料总量增加而提高;混凝土抗碳化能力随着混凝土强度增加而提高,混凝土强度可综合各影响因素对混凝土抗碳化能力的影响,碳化性能与混凝土强度之间存在较好的相关性。Considering concrete strength,water binder ratio,total amount of cementitious materials,proportion of admixtures and types of admixtures,the carbonation resistance of concrete with fly ash and slag powder is studied by rapid carbonation test.The order of importance of each influencing factor of concrete carbonation performance is water binder ratio,double admixture ratio(fly ash/slag powder),the proportion of total admixture and the total amount of cementitious material.And the order of influencing degree of each influencing factor on compressive strength is basically the same.The carbonation resistance of concrete decreases with the increase of admixture content,and the carbonation resistance of concrete with large admixture decreases obviously under the condition of low water-binder ratio.The carbonization resistance of concrete decreases with the increase of fly ash/slag ratio.The ability of concrete to resist carbonation increases with the increase of cementitious materials.The carbonation resistance of concrete increases with the increase of concrete strength.Concrete strength can synthesize the influence of various factors on the carbonation resistance of concrete,and there is a good correlation between carbonation performance and concrete strength.
