摘 要:本文提出一种基于非对称SMA连接的自复位钢框架梁柱节点。对6个考虑不同SMA面积、SMA预应变和滑移螺杆预拉力的非对称SMA连接试件进行试验研究,得到其滞回性能和耗能能力。采用ABAQUS软件建立自复位SMA连接和梁柱节点的有限元模型,通过试验数据进行校正,结果吻合较好。对基于滑移连接的钢框架梁柱节点(SL-BCJ)和自复位钢框架梁柱节点(SC-BCJ)的模型进行分析。结果表明:增大SMA面积、SMA预应变可提高自复位SMA连接的耗能能力和自复位能力,并减小其残余变形;螺杆预拉力取30kN时连接性能最佳。相比于SL-BCJ节点,设置28圈SMA丝材的SC-BCJ节点承载力增大44.51%,残余变形减小31.37%,耗能值增大18.65%。另外,SMA丝材可使两个滑移螺杆间同时形成拉力和恢复力,并减小螺杆间的残余变形,使节点具有良好的抗震性能和震后功能恢复能力。An innovative self-centering steel frame beam-to-column joint with asymmetric SMA connection is developed in this paper.Cyclic test are carried on six asymmetric SMA connections with different SMA sections,SMA initial strain and bolt preloads,so the hysteresis curves and energy dissipation capacity are investigated.Then finite element models are established by software ABAQUS to study the seismic performance of steel frame beam-to-column joint with slip connection(SL-BCJ)and asymmetric SMA connection(SC-BCJ),and it is verified against the test results.The test results show that increasing the SMA sections and SMA initial strain can effectively improve the bearing capacity and energy dissipation capacity and reduce the residual deformation of the asymmetric SMA connection,and the optimal value of the slip bolt preload is 30kN.By comparing with the SL-BCJ joints,the ultimate bearing force and energy dissipation value of SC-BCJ with SMA sections of 28 circles are 44.51%and 18.65%greater,respectively,and the residual deformation is 31.37%down.In addition,the SMA wires in the SC-BCJ can spontaneously form the tension force and restoring force to reduce the residual deformation,so the seismic performance and seismic resilience capacity of the innovative SC-BCJ will be dramatically enhanced.
