摘 要:北外滩贯通和综合改造提升项目基坑工程临近黄浦江,一倍挖深范围内有历史保护建筑和防汛墙等复杂环境条件,采用了分区顺逆作结合设计方案,成功实现了临江复杂深基坑的实施。采用有限元软件Plaxis3D,建立了土与结构共同作用的三维有限元模型,结合能够揭示土体小应变特征的HS-Small模型,对临江的顺逆作结合基坑实施全过程进行模拟分析。对比工程实测和数值结果,分析了顺逆作结合下临江基坑围护结构变形规律、周边土体的变形、围护墙后不平衡侧压力以及对邻近历史建筑物的影响等。结果表明,三维有限元分析结果和实测数据吻合较好,表明计算结果可为临江基坑围护设计提供依据。The foundation pit project of the North Bund through and comprehensive transformation and upgrading project is adjacent to the Huangpu River.There are complex environmental conditions such as historical protection buildings and flood control walls in the range of double excavation depth.The design scheme of the combination of zoning and reverse construction is adopted,and the implementation of the complex deep foundation pit near the river is successfully realized.Using the finite element software Plaxis3D,a three-dimensional finite element model of the interaction between soil and structure is established.Combined with the HS-Small model which can reveal the small strain characteristics of soil,the whole process of the foundation pit along the river is simulated and analyzed.By comparing the measured and numerical results of the project,the deformation law of the retaining structure of the foundation pit adjacent to the river,the deformation of the surrounding soil,the unbalanced lateral pressure behind the retaining wall and the influence on the adjacent historical buildings are analyzed.The results show that the 3D FEM analysis results are in good agreement with the measured data,which indicates that the calculation results can provide a basis for the design of the foundation pit enclosure near the river.
