摘 要:保温装饰一体化板外墙外保温系统在外墙保温领域应用广泛,其抗风性能研究具有十分重要的理论意义和实用价值。本文根据《建筑结构荷载规范》GB 50009-2012、《玻璃幕墙工程技术规范》JGJ 102-2003等标准的有关规定,计算了北京地区保温装饰一体化板外墙外保温系统风荷载设计值,试验了不同厚度的陶瓷薄板、大理石板和硅酸钙板在不同长度锚固卡件作用下的槽口抗剪承载力,给出了面板厚度的取值建议,并对比研究了陶瓷薄板保温装饰一体化板与基层墙体采用纯锚固、粘锚结合两种连接方式下的抗风荷载性能和锚固连接失效方式,并进行了有限元分析。结果表明:保温装饰一体化板与基层墙体采用粘锚并重、锚固独立安全的连接方式具有可行性和适用性;保温装饰一体板采用粘锚并重、锚固独立安全进行设计时,需选用合适厚度的装饰面板确保其抗弯强度和槽口抗剪强度不小于纯锚固连接时的抗风荷载标准值;陶瓷薄板保温装饰一体化板外保温系统与混凝土基层采用粘锚结合的方式连接时,具有足够的安全裕度。The exterior wall insulation system based on compound board with insulation and decoration is widely used in the field of external wall insulation,and its wind resistance performance research has significant theoretical significance and practical value.This paper calculates the wind load design values of the external insulation system of the integrated insulation and decoration board for exterior walls in Beijing area based on the relevant provisions of the Load code for the design of building structures(CB 50009-2012),Technical code for glass curtain wall engineering(JGJ 102-2003).The shear bearing capacity of notches of ceramic thin plates,marble slabs,and calcium silicate slabs with different thicknesses under the action of different lengths of anchor cards is tested,and the value of the panel thickness is given.A comparative study is conducted on the wind load resistance performance and anchor connection failure mode of ceramic thin insulation decorative integrated board and base wall using pure anchoring and adhesive anchoring combination connection methods,and finite element analysis is conducted.The results indicate that the integrated insulation and decoration board with the base wall are connected with adhesive anchors equally,and the independent and safe anchoring method is feasible and applicable.The design value of the anchoring connection should be based on the standard value of single-point anchoring force.When anchorage is designed independently and safely,the decorative panel with appropriate thickness shall be selected to ensure that its flexural strength and notch shear strength are not less than the standard value of wind load for pure anchorage connection.When the external thermal insulation system of insulated decorative panels with thin ceramic is connected with the concrete base by adhesive anchors,with sufficient safety margins.
