摘 要:为实现混凝土桥面板与钢箱梁的协同工作,栓钉剪力连接件发挥着关键作用。本文基于某实际推出试验,使用ANSYS有限元软件进行精细化建模,通过分析其抗剪承载力,验证了该模拟方法的有效性和准确性。随后,应用此方法对实际工程中的栓钉连接件进行抗剪模拟,通过应力云图和荷载-滑移曲线分析其破坏形式和抗剪性能。最后,将单钉的模拟计算值与经验公式进行了对比。结果表明,4组推出试验值略高于有限元模拟计算值,误差均低于10%,说明该有限元分析方法比较科学,可用于实际工程。栓钉连接件在受剪时,应力集中于栓钉根部,导致混凝土变形,但能承受较高的极限荷载,且混凝土与钢板间滑移量较小。模拟计算值与我国规范接近,设计符合工程实际。研究结果可为类似工程设计提供参考。Stud shear connectors are crucial for enabling the collaborative functioning of concrete bridge panels and steel box girders.This research utilizes ANSYS finite element software to conduct a practical test,aiming to validate the simulation method's effectiveness and accuracy through analyzing its shear capacity with precise modeling.Subsequently,this method is employed to simulate the shear resistance of the stud shear connector in practical engineering.The failure mode and shear performance are then examined using stress cloud mapping and load-slip curve analysis.Ultimately,the simulation values of a single bolt are compared with the standards and empirical formulas utilized in different countries.The results indicate that the test values of the four groups are marginally greater than the calculated values of the finite element simulation,with a margin of error of less than 10%.This suggests that the finite element analysis approach is reliable and suitable for practical engineering applications.When the stud shear connection suffers shear,the stress becomes focused at the base of the stud,causing deformation in the concrete.However,it is capable of withstanding larger ultimate loads,and there is minimal slippage between the concrete and the steel plate.The simulated calculated values closely align with the specifications of our country,and the design adheres to established technical principles.The results can serve as a point of reference for similar engineering designs.
